Welcome to NexBiz (the "Application"), a mobile business ledger and inventory utility developed by Bengal Bytes ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our mobile application.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: NexBiz is a 100% serverless, offline-first local application. We do not host, store, or transmit any of your business or personal data to remote servers. All your financial inputs, inventory levels, and customer records reside strictly on your local device storage.

1. Information Collection and Use

NexBiz operates entirely local-first. We do NOT collect, store, access, or share any personal information, transaction ledgers, inventory metrics, or financial cash flow records that you input into the application.

No Account Registration Required: You do not need to register an account or provide any email, phone number, or credentials to use the application.
No Cloud Transmissions: All business records, customer contact notes, and stock items are kept entirely inside an isolated on-device local database (Isar Database) that is inaccessible to third parties or to Bengal Bytes.

2. App Permissions

To function efficiently, NexBiz may require standard system-level permissions on your mobile device. These permissions are executed strictly on your local operating system:

Storage / Media Permissions: Required solely to read and write locally generated backup files or JSON sheets and save configurations directly to your internal device directory upon your explicit command.

3. Third-Party Services & Links

NexBiz contains no ad networks, tracking SDKs, or external analytical scripts. However, the application may display cross-promotional redirects or deep-links to other utilities developed by us, specifically:

DocQR Tools: A utility to assist you with offline PDF invoice generations. If you click on external Play Store links within the application, you will be redirected to the Google Play Store, which operates under Google's standard privacy practices.

4. Data Security & User Responsibility

Because NexBiz does not utilize external database backups or cloud environments to store your active ledgers, you are solely responsible for managing the local integrity of your business data:

If you clean the application cache, clear local system data storage, or perform a complete application uninstallation, all locally saved invoices, inventory stocks, and customer khata profiles will be permanently and irreversibly lost.
In future updates, we may introduce secure, optional, and user-authorized encrypted cloud backups (via Firebase/Google Sign-In). However, any such integration will remain strictly opt-in and under your absolute control.

5. Children's Privacy

Our services do not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected or transmitted, we do not knowingly or unknowingly process any personal metadata associated with minors.
